About Marset
Marset is a sportswear business based in Abuja, Nigeria. For questions about an order or these terms, email info@marset.world.
These terms do not remove any consumer right that the law gives you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information.
Placing an order
Check the item, size, colour, quantity and delivery details before submitting an order. Give us contact details that allow us to reach you about the purchase.
Submitting an order is a request to buy. We accept the order when we send confirmation of acceptance. A payment receipt or an automatic acknowledgement that we received your request is not, on its own, acceptance.
If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed or there is a material error in the listing, we will contact you. If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira unless another currency is stated. Checkout shows the order total, including any applicable delivery charges and taxes, before you place the order.
Use a payment method offered at checkout and only one you are authorised to use. Dispatch takes place after payment has been confirmed.
A later price change does not change the price of an accepted order. If we discover a pricing error before acceptance, we will ask whether you want to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Product information
Product pages describe the item, available options and price. Check the size and care information for the specific item you are buying.
Screen settings can make colours look slightly different. This does not excuse a product that is materially different from its description, faulty or otherwise below the standard required by law.
Delivery
Delivery options, charges and available estimates are shown before purchase or in the shipping information supplied for your order. Processing time and courier transit time are separate.
If a delivery is delayed, missing or recorded as delivered when you have not received it, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and explain the next step. Using a courier does not remove our responsibility to you under applicable law.
Tell us promptly if you notice an address error. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Any proposed redelivery charge must be explained before you agree to it.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
If you want to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, the return process may apply. Any lawful cancellation charge must be disclosed and explained.
Our published change-of-mind policy allows you to request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. For these returns, items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with their tags and original packaging. Any final-sale exclusion must be clearly shown before purchase.
The 14-day change-of-mind window and final-sale exclusions do not take away your legal rights if an item is faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description. Contact us as soon as you notice the problem. Reporting a problem later does not, by itself, remove a right you have under the law.
The return policy sets out how to make a request, who pays the shipping and how refunds or exchanges are handled. You do not have to accept store credit instead of a refund where the law entitles you to a refund.
Accounts and website use
Keep your account login private. Let us know if you suspect someone else has accessed it.
Do not use the website to commit fraud, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or access another person's account without permission. We may restrict access where needed to address misuse, but that does not cancel an obligation we owe you for a valid order.
Our content and third-party services
Marset's branding, photographs and website content belong to Marset or are used with permission. Do not copy or use them for commercial purposes without the rights or permission required by law.
External websites and payment services have their own terms and privacy notices. Read those notices before using them. A link to another website does not replace our obligations for a purchase made from us.
Problems and disputes
Email info@marset.world with your order number and a description of the problem. Keep your order confirmation and any relevant messages or photographs.
Nigerian law applies to these terms, subject to any other mandatory law that protects you. Nothing here prevents you from contacting a regulator or using a court or dispute process available to you by law. Consumer complaints can be made to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms for future purchases and will show the effective date of the new version. Changes do not rewrite the terms of an order we have already accepted unless you agree or the law requires it.
